Terms and Conditions

1. Service Overview

Bincredible Cleaners offers residential and commercial trash and recycling bin cleaning services on a monthly, bi-monthly, or one-time basis. Our process uses eco-friendly products to sanitize and deodorize your bins, leaving them fresh and hygienic.

2. Service Schedule

Monthly Service: One cleaning per month
Bi-Monthly Service: One cleaning every other month
One-Time Service: A single scheduled cleaning
Services are typically performed the day on your trash collection day.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Ensure bins are emptied and accessible on the scheduled service day.
Leave bins curbside or in the designated service location.
Notify Bincredible Cleaners at least 24 hours in advance if bins are unavailable due to delayed trash pickup or other issues.

4. Service Limitations

If bins are inaccessible or not empty on the scheduled day, service may be skipped. A rescheduling fee may apply.
Bins with hazardous waste WILL NOT BE SERVICED. Customer will be notified.

5. Payment Terms

Monthly, Bi-Monthly and One-Time Services: Costumers will be invoiced on the day of service.
One-Time Services: Must be paid in full prior to cleaning.
Services may be paused if payment is declined or not received.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Recurring plans can be canceled by contacting Bincredible Cleaners.
No refunds are issued for services already rendered.
Missed cleanings due to bin inaccessibility are not eligible for refunds.

7. Weather and Delays

Services may be delayed due to severe weather or unforeseen events. If this occurs, customers will be notified and service will be rescheduled as soon as possible.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a cleaning, notify us within 24 hours of service. We will take reasonable steps to address the issue, including a complimentary re-clean if appropriate.

9. Liability

Bincredible Cleaners is not liable for:

Damage to bins that are already cracked, broken, or weakened.
Property damage due to bins placed in unsafe or obstructed areas.

10. Modifications

Bincredible Cleaners reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and/or sent via email.
